My name is Carola and I am a 1:1 and online personal trainer and yoga teacher. I specialize in coaching women beginning in their fitness journey. If you are looking for 1:1 training and an individualized strength training program, I am your coach! I want to help YOU learn proper form to avoid injuries and feel empowered, have more energy, and gain confidence when working out either at home or at the gym. I will also teach you nutrition tips & strategies that will also help you to achieve your goals. Finally, I will be your biggest cheerleader! I recognize that a lot of women don’t get the self-care they need. Whether it be taking a few moments to breathe, meditate, work-out/get some movement, or have some quiet time for themselves. I get it. I was there and it can get difficult with work and obligations. Sometimes, you need a coach to help kickstart your wellness journey!

My name is Robert, and I’m a dedicated 1:1 personal trainer and running coach, helping beginners through intermediate athletes unlock their full potential. Whether you’re looking for a customized strength-training plan or a tailored running program, I design coaching experiences that meet you exactly where you are. As a personal trainer, I specialize in functional fitness—focusing on proper form, mobility, balance, and building real, sustainable strength and endurance. As a running coach, I work with athletes of all ages and skill levels, from improving general cardiovascular fitness to training for races from 5Ks to full marathons. You’ll also gain practical nutrition strategies to support your training and help you reach your goals faster. Most importantly, we’ll build lifelong healthy habits—and have a great time doing it. I started training with Carola because of her interest in working around injury. I had been doing boot camp style work outs when I injured my lower by picking up my 4 year old. I had never had back pain before and this pain was affecting everything! I stopped exercising and the pain improved, but each time I tried to exercise on my own, it would return. Carola fully evaluated my form and found my areas of weakness that may have contributed to my back pain. She tailored my sessions to my needs and at a pace that I felt comfortable with. I am gradually building my strength and with minimal discomfort. She is kind and gentle in our sessions, I am excited to continue to work with her and reach my fitness goals.
